Structural Adjustment Places

The Australian Government provides Structural Adjustment Places (SAP) through the Productivity Places Program (PPP) for workers who have lost their jobs due to the economic downturn. This training is specifically available via employers and representatives (e.g. unions and business associations) for groups of displaced workers and provides them with the opportunity to gain new skills and qualifications in areas they need in order to regain employment. Workers need to be in receipt of a separation certificate or notice of redundancy.

Traineeships

A traineeship can be an excellent way to increase staff morale, retain and recruit new members. Adept Training offers traineeship opportunities within the Aged Care and Pathology sectors.

We have dedicated trainers who will discuss how a traineeship could benefit your organisation, what funding is available and how we can streamline the process for you.

Our aim is to work with your organisation to improve staff skill levels, knowledge and workplace committment. We work alongside your staff in the workplace to provide a customised, innovative and efficient service that compliments staff needs. Workbooks and assessments are developed with your organisations policies and procedures in mind and reflect these. http://apprenticeship.det.nsw.edu.au
