Our Medical accounts course focuses on providing participants with the skills necessary to prepare and process a broad range of medical accounts used in any medical practice.

Class size approximately 12-20.

Course content

Prepare and process medical accounts - $350

This unit will teach you how to maintain timely and concise booking systems.
Process Medicare, Veterans' affairs and private billing procedures and understand patient item numbers, fee structures and maintain patient filing systems.
You will also learn about delivering customer service and developing communication skills within the medical practice as well as
maintaining confidentiality and privacy issues surrounding a patients health, personal care and record management.
