	Please download our registration form and fax or mail with your payment. Students who need to complete our English Assessment must sign the disclaimer that it is their own work - no responsibility will be taken by Adept Training if work is not your own.

	(requires Acrobat Reader or Mac OSX.) Fees must be received before the commencement of your course. 10% discount available when fees are received 7 days or more prior to course commencement. We accept payment by cash, cheque, money order (payable to Adept Training Pty Ltd), Visa, MasterCard & direct deposit. EFTPOS facilities are available at Parramatta or you may bring cash to the office only. No payments may be made to your trainer at the course. All payments must be received at our office.
