Our courses are delivered through a combination of face to face and online training. Students must attend practical day(s) for all of the courses we deliver.
How much time will I need to study each week?
This differs from course to course and student to student. We suggest on average 15-20 hours per week.

We allow students up to 12 months to complete their training, after this time you will need to apply for an extension.
What if I need to miss a day of class?

Yes our courses are nationally recognised. You can view the courses we have on scope on training.gov.au

What is a USI? Do I need to have one?
From January 2015, the Federal Government developed a system called the USI (Unique Student Identifier), to help Australian students gain access to their results when they complete a nationally recognised course, or part thereof. The USI is generated online, does not cost anything and will be recorded whenever you enrol in a nationally recognised VET course.
To create your USI click here: https://www.usi.gov.au/students/create-your-usi
You will need to supply your USI at the time of enrolment. Please note that if you do not have a USI, we will not be able to confirm your place in the course.
